Victoria Quingles is a Majorcan singer and songwriter. She has studied classical piano and modern music. Her passion for singing would take her to the stage at the age of 15, from which time she has not stopped doing concerts and searching for her own style. At first, she made ballads in English covering classics like Leonard Cohen, Carole King or The Beatles. Later on, and naturally, she would progress towards Nova Cançó, adopting songs by Maria del Mar Bonet, Lluís Llach or Joan Manuel Serrat. Finally, for some time now, Victoria has begun to make her own compositions by setting poems by well-known authors and lyrics by friends to music. These songs are the ones that make up her first album.
